1:1 Fitness

Consultation

A 1:1 consultation with your coach to get you set up and a goal setting session to outline where you see yourself in 6 weeks.

advanced inbODY scan

analysis

In depth scans during week 1 and week 4 to analyse a range of metrics including body fat, muscle mass, water and more.

Nutrition

Consultation

Custom nutrition advice and ongoing support. Plus gain access to a £500 recipe library to make healthy eating easy.

Access to 3x small group PT sessions per week covering a variety of focuses with at least 2 coaches in each session.

Unlike traditional gyms where you're left on your own, our programme includes personalised coaching, accountability, and a structured plan that ensures you get results.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

Not at all! The programme is designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced gym-goers. Our coaches tailor each session to your ability and help you progress at a pace that's right for you.

How Many sessions per week will I have

You'll attend 3 small group training sessions per week, along with access to 2 additional large group training sessions. This structure ensures you build strength, improve fitness, and recover properly between sessions.

What if I have an injury or health concern?

Our experienced coaches will adapt exercises to suit your needs and ensure you train safely. We'll work around any limitations while helping you build strength and confidence.

What kind of results can I expect?

Many members see noticeable improvements in strength, energy levels, and body composition within 6 weeks. More importantly, you'll build lasting habits and confidence that go beyond the programme.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

When you complete the programme, you'll have the option to continue with our training memberships to keep progressing. Many participants choose to stay on and become part of our supportive community.

No. We don't believe in restrictive dieting. Instead, we'll give you sustainable nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle and support your results.
